An embedded Linux BSP is offered with kernel 6.1.128, U-boot-2022.10, all device drivers, a Ubuntu 18.04!! image with XFCE desktop, Buildroot, and STM32Cube development tools. I could not find a download link, so I assume it’s only for customers. There’s however a “Software Application Guide” and a “product manual” with more information to get started which you’ll find on the product page.
While it’s the first STM32MP135 Pico-ITX SBC we’ve covered, I can see iWave Systems also made one based on its iW-RainboW-G54S OSM-compliant system-on-module with 512MB RAM and a 4GB eMMC flash. But we previously wrote about several other STM32MP13x modules and SBCs including Digi ConnectCore MP13 SoM with WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0, MYiR Tech MYC-YF13X system-on-module and development kit, and M5Stack CoreMP135 ultra-compact industrial controller.
EBYTE sells the ECB10-135A5M5M-I single board computer on AliExpress for $74.99 including shipping and the CPU module for $26.99. But for some strange reason, there’s also a kit with the CPU module and a 7-inch display (1024×600) on the latter link going for $64.99.

That is a massive amount of RAM! Are you sure that it is GB and not MB?
The number for the NAND flash was indeed wrong in the title.
