The Mini IT13 mini PC ships with a 120W power brick, a power cord, an HDMI cable, a Thank You card, a user guide, a VESA mount, and a set of screws. It comes preloaded with an activated version of Windows 11 Pro.
We reviewed this same Mini IT13 model with an Intel Core i9-13900H 14-core/20-core processor, 32GB DDR4 RAM, and a 2TB SSD on CNX Software last November with both Windows 11 Pro and Ubuntu 22.04. The two small downsides were the fan noise, but that’s not a big issue most of the time, except when the system starts and draws close to 80W during short peaks, and since the system is compact, the power limits had to be lowered to enable efficient cooling, so the Core i9-13900H CPU will not perform as fast as on a larger system with more room for cooling.
