We’ve already covered plenty of NXP i.MX 8M Plus systems-on-module and carrier boards, but here’s another solution with Forlinx OKMX8MP-C SBC single board computer based on FETMX8MP-C SoM with 4GB LPDDR4 and 16GB eMMC flash.

Forlinx also says the communication interfaces (CAN Bus and RS485) integrate EMC protection with static electricity level 4 and 1.5KV isolation protection. The company offers a BSP with Linux 5.4.70 and Qt 5.15 support, and an Android BSP should become available soon. The board’s features make it suitable for various industrial applications including smart cities, smart medical devices, industry 4.0, intelligent transport, and more.

Was looking for an eval board or some other minimal board with a mb91f465 MCU from cypress. But it seems that mcu is too long eol, couldn’t even find an application circuit anymore, and the original Fujitsu docs I last had about 20 years ago, at a completely different employer…
