Action Semi ATM7039 quad core Cortex A9 processor was launched in 2013 and can be found in low cost tablets, but the company has now launched ATM7039S processor, with similar features but adding 4K video support for OTT boxes, and Kaiboer F5 Plus is one of the first product to feature the new processor.

- Power Supply – 5V/2A
- Dimensions – 187 x 128 x 24mm
The box is said to run YunOS 2.1 (Aliyun OS), based on AOSP, and it ships with a power supply, an HDMI cable, and a remote control. Kaiboer is not really interested in overseas market, so the interface will most probably only be only in Chinese, and you can have a glimpse in the review on imp3.net.
I could not find it on Aliexpress, but it’s listed for $99.99 on iAndroidTVbox. You can find more information about the processor on Actions Semi ATM7039S page.

don’t buy this product . it have no support out of china . no pre-installed application . i bought it 3 weeks ago and when i asked for support they told no support out of china no firmware nothing . even they never mentioned it’s for china only . check the below email thread

appreciate your support . as i explained in below i have bought Kairboer F5 Plus during my business trip to china 3 weeks ago . and it was recommended as a one of the most powerful set-up Box on the market . now after a come back to my home ( Egypt ) and i turned it on i have discovered there is no pre-installed applications and i have tried several thing to get this applications installed with no hope . recently i has been informed by you colleague that F5 Plus there is no solution to my problem . and this we totally disappointed . what i’m thinking before loss hope to give me some technical solution or alternatives like replace it’s current firmware with another which have such needed application like F5 ones . i’m sure there is a way out it’s android based devices for sure there is a way out .

I’m very sorry that F5 plus don’t have a English firmware,and can’t be localy update to another model.
We never recommend the F5 plus as a foreign-trade product,never sell it to a foreigner.
If any solutions,we are very pleased to help you.But we don’t have now.The only way is let the seller you bought from exchange one English model for you.

Same with himedia devices. Do not buy…..No support, no firmware updates, no reply to emails….nothing for the many probs in their factory installed firmware.
