Shipping via Fedex is about $35 to $45 depending on destination (I only checked 2 countries), and you’ll need to wait around 12 weeks to get your order shipped.
It also possible to receiving a free ARMBRIX Zero if you represent a company. First you need to provide the following information to armbrix@armbrix.com by December 31, 2012:
- Company Name & Address
- Contact details: name, phone number and company email
- Description of business opportunity based on ARMBRIX Zero.
ARMBrix will then evaluate proposals on January 15, 2013, and send a free ARMBRIX Zero on January 25, 2013.
The first prototype of the board will be available early January 2013, and the board will be showcased at CES 2013.

@haze
Thanks. I always have problems to adjust to new years…
Updated post with bare PCB picture (bottom of post) and details about expansion connectors (in specs).
Is there any information on what codecs they have licensed?
It might be an interesting device if they have licensed more codecs that hardkernel for their odroid boards.
Also is there any information about whether or not the Exynos 5 SATA-3 controller supports port multiplier?
With a usb 3.0 gigabit ethernet dongle it might be a nice high-performance replacement for my pogoplug series 4.
Meh , nice but too expensive and also the shipping is ridiculously expensive. I’d pay that much but only for a quad core A15 … dual core A15 will be old news soon.
@RuneTM
It’s a low cost development board, so I guess they only have H.264.
Since this is probably mainly a low cost version of the Arndale board (made by InSignal people under a new company name), you could check and bump the thread below:

@RuneTM
Actually, a better place to ask questions might actually be ARMBRIX sub-forum in Insignal website: http://forum.insignal.co.kr/viewforum.php?f=37
