“LeTama” has ported Android ICS to Archos G8 Tablet based on OMAP3630. The video below shows Android 4.0 running on Archos G8 70S. The user interface seems a bit sluggish at times, but this is an alpha version with only 3D/Touchscreen working and more work needs to be done to have a fully functional release.

This brings me hope as I have the Archos 70S, because the current operating system for the tablet is Android 2.2.1 Foryo. Seeing that we might have an update to 4.0 is awesome, but why is the table not able to support Honeycomb?
@ Alexander Bell
The update won’t be released by Archos, since they don’t plan to update OMAP3 based products to Android 4.0. It’s just a group of “hackers” working on it.
Most tablets running Honeycomb have 1GB RAM, Archos apparently made some memory optimizations to run Honeycomb on Archos G9 with 512 MB.
Android ICS can run with 256MB but you may not have a very good user experience.
@cnxsoft I understand. It seems that I need to update my tablet then.
