Orange Pi 5/5B SBC gets a fanless aluminum enclosure

Orange Pi 5 and 5B are affordable single board computers based on Rockchip RK3588S processor, but so far they did not have a fanless enclosure nor an easy way to add a heatsink leading some to create an ICE Tower cooling fan for the boards. But Orange Pi has recently launched an aluminum enclosure for $12.99 on Aliexpress(or $25 on Amazon) for both models that should help with cooling and protect the hardware from dust. But note that it does not work with the Rockchip RK3588-powered Orange Pi 5 Plus SBC since its dimensions are different. The Orange Pi 5 fanless enclosure is made of aluminum alloy, measures 105.9 x 68.7 x 27mm, and weighs 126 grams with all ports accessible from the outside, except for the 26-pin header and the 3-pin UART header. LILYGO T-Watch S3 is an ESP32-S3 WiFi and Bluetooth LE smartwatch with LoRa connectivity, and other interesting features such as an RTC, audio support, a vibration motor, and an infrared transmitter to control home appliances. The watch integrates a 1.54-inch color LCD display with capacitive touch, a button to turn on and off the device, and a USB port to charge the included 400 mAh battery. NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin Industrial offers ECC memory, extended temperature range, improved robustness

NVIDIA has recently introduced the Jetson AGX Orin Industrial module that comes with an extended temperature range, operating lifetime, shock and vibration specifications, as well as support for error correction code (ECC) memory, and delivers up to 248 TOPS of AI performance with power configurable between 15-75 W. The industrial-grade system-on-module is based on the Jetson AGX Orin 64GB module but with lower operating frequencies to enable a longer operating lifetime and improved endurance. It’s form-factor and pin-compatible with Jetson AGX Orin, and NVIDIA says it delivers more than eight times the AI performance of the 30 TOPS Jetson AGX Xavier Industrial introduced in 2021, but does not integrate Cortex-R5F cores.
