MYiR Tech MYC-LR3576 is a system-on-module (SoM) based on Rockchip RK3576 octa-core Cortex-A72/A53 SoC with a 6 TOPS NPU and 8K video support suitable for AIOT applications that powers the MYD-LR3576 development board. The SoM supports up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of eMMC storage, along with a 32Kbit EEPROM. Connectivity options include dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, USB 3.2, and more. For multimedia, it supports HDMI, DisplayPort, eDP, MIPI-DSI, and MIPI CSI interfaces, and up to 8K video decoding/4K video encoding. MYIR has recently introduced MYC-LMA35 industrial SoM and its associated development board built around the Nuvoton NuMicro MA35D1 microprocessor with two Arm Cortex-A35 cores and one Arm Cortex-M4 real-time core for processing. MYIR Tech has announced the release of the Rockchip RK3568-based MYC-LR3568 Edge AI system-on-module (SoM) offered in a compact 381-pin expansion LGA package design. It features up to 8GB LPDDR4 RAM, 32GB eMMC flash storage, a power management integrated circuit, and various connectivity options. The base configuration of the MYC-LR3568 system-on-module offers only 2GB RAM and 16GB storage but the module supports up to 8GB RAM and 32GB eMMC storage. It supports several video codecs, including 4K 60fps H.265/H.264/VP9 decoding and 1080P 60fps H.265/H.264 encoding, for high-quality video playback and recording. MYiR Tech launches AMD XC7A100T Artix-7 FPGA system-on-module and development board with PCIe, SFP+ cages, dual GbE
MYIR MYC-J7A100T is a System-On-Module (SoM) powered by an AMD/Xilinx Artix-7 XC7A100T FPGA with up to 101,440 logic cells, 512MB DDR3 memory, 32MB QSPI FLASH, 32KB EEPROM, DC-DC power management, and other integral circuits in a compact 69.6 x 40mm form factor. The module exposes up to 178 FPGA I/Os, four pairs of GTP high-speed transceiver interfaces, and a JTAG interface through its 260-pin edge connector.
