Firefly-RK3399 was the very first Rockchip RK3399 development board when it launched in late 2016, and it mostly stayed that way until others joined in late 2017, early 2018 with products like Orange Pi RK3399, ODROID-N1, Rock960, or Pine64 RockPro64 among others. Firefly team has now unveiled another higher end “all-in-board industrial board” with their Firefly AIO-3399J board featuring their RK3399 CoreBoard module, and a baseboard exposing plenty of I/O and connector, including support for M.2 drives, and 4G LTE mini PCIe cards. F&S Elektronik ArmStone MXM8 Pico-ITX Board is Equipped with Up to 8GB RAM, NXP i.MX8M Processor

F&S Elektronik Systeme has been working on a new SBC part of their ArmStone family with ArmStone MXM8 single board computer, featuring NXP i.MX 8M quad core Cortex A53 processor, and supporting up to 8GB LPDDR4 RAM. The Pico-ITX board also comes with up to 32GB eMMC flash, integrate Gigabit Ethernet and wireless connectivity, DVI and dual-channel LVDS outputs, USB 3.0, PCIe and more interfaces. Diamond Systems Zeta is a Miniature SBC Based on Bay Trail/Apollo Lake COM Express Mini Modules

Diamond Systems, a Silicon valley based company providing embedded computing solutions for transportation, energy, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, medical and research market, has recently introduced Zeta single board computer comprised of a baseboard, a choice of COM Express Mini type 10 modules based on Intel Bay Trail or Apollo Lake processor, and a heatspreader for cooling. The company explains the small size and high feature density of the solution make it particularly suitable for mobile applications. The SBC also supports a wide range 6-36VDC input voltage, and works in -40 to +85°C temperature range. FOSDEM 2018 Open Source Developers Meeting Schedule

FOSDEM (Free and Open Source Software Developers’ European Meeting) occurs every year on the first week-end of February, where developers meet for two days discussing about open source software projects. FOSDEM 2018 will take place on February 3-4 this year with  652 speakers, 684 events, and 57 tracks, an increase over  last year 608 speakers, 653 events, and 54 tracks. There will be 8 main tracks namely: Community, History, Miscellaneous, Performance, Python, Security and Encryption, Space, and Global Diversity CFP Day.
