AMD Ryzen Embedded V1605B/V1807B SBC Offers Four GbE Interfaces, Four Video Outputs

We’ve written about several AMD Ryzen Embedded V1000 SBCs and many of them fully leverage the processor multimedia capabilities with support for four 4K displays, but Axiomtek CAPA13R 3.5″ Embedded SBC adds an extra twist by also offering four Gigabit Ethernet ports. The board is equipped with either Ryzen Embedded V1807B or V1605B, up to 16GB RAM, and offers two M.2 sockets for storage and connectivity. Four independent display support is achieved through a mix of three types of video output including two HDMI ports, one DisplayPort, and one LVDS connector. AMD Ryzen PRO 4000 Processors Launched for Ultra-thin Business Laptops

AMD announced 15W to 45W mobile processors at CES 2020 with AMD Ryzen 4000-U series processors designed for ultra-thin laptops. The company has now unveiled AMD Ryzen PRO 4000 series mobile processors for business customers requiring features usually found in Intel vPro processor with AMD PRO Technologies including improved security, manageability, reliability, and longevity with at least 24-months of planned availability. Congatec conga-TR4 COM Express Module is Powered by AMD Ryzen Embedded SoC

We’ve covered plenty of AMD Ryzen Embedded V1000-series SBCs, and some Ryzen Embedded mini PCs, but so far, we had not written about any AMD Ryzen Embedded V1000 or R1000 system-on-module (SoM) or computer-on-module (CoM), partially because there aren’t many yet, and because we missed Advantech SOM-5871 CPU module earlier this year. DFI GHF51 Ryzen Embedded R1000 SBC is about the Size of a Raspberry Pi

We’ve seen a fair amount of AMD Ryzen Embedded boards over the last few months including 3.5″ Ryzen Embedded SBC‘s such as Kontron SBC-VR1000 and IBASE Technology IB918, as well as larger boards such as SAPPHIRE FS-FP5R 5×5 motherboard. The most compact Ryzen Embedded board we covered so far must have been the upcoming Sapphire NP-FP5 based on Ryzen R1305G processor with a 4″x4″ (10.16 x 10.16 cm) form factor. AMD Ryzen Embedded based SBC-VR1000 SBC to Power Edge Computing & Graphics Applications

We just wrote about a 3.5″ Ryzen Embedded SBC a few days ago, namely SECO SBC-C90 single board computer, after mentioning there were few such AMD options in the 3.5-inch form factor with the only other board we covered so far being IBase IB918.
