DFI RPP051 is a 2.5-inch Pico-ITX SBC built around 13th Gen Intel Core processors ranging from the dual-core Intel Processor U300E to the 10-core Intel Core i7-1365UE. It supports up to 32GB DDR5 SO-DIMM memory and accommodates M.2 NVMe and SATA storage devices. The AAEON PICO-MTU4 Pico-ITX SBC may be the world’s smallest platform based on 14th Gen Intel Core Ultra 5/7 SoCs part of the Meteor Lake-U family and follows the company’s UP Xtreme i14 SBC introduced a couple of months ago with the same processors, although the new model is limited to 15W parts due to its small size (100x72mm). The Jetway JMTX-ADN8 is a mini-ITX motherboard built around an Intel N97 (Alder Lake-N) processor. The board supports up to 32GB DDR5 RAM via a single SO-DIMM slot and can drive up to three independent displays powered by Intel UHD graphics. Additionally, it offers dual GbE LAN, nine USB ports both USB3.2 Gen 1 and USB 2.0, and multiple storage and expansion options including M.2 (M-key, E-key, and B-key) and SATA-III. The motherboard also includes PCI expansion and supports Windows and Linux operating systems. The iBASE IB961 from FORTEC Integrated (previously known as Distec) is a 3.5-inch Single Board Computer (SBC) built around 13th Gen Intel Core processors. The board can support up to 32GB of DDR5-5200 non-ECC memory via 1x SO-DIMM socket and features dual DisplayPort (1.2), eDP, and LVDS interfaces along with dual 2.5GbE Ethernet for connectivity. Radxa X4 is a credit card-sized Intel Processor N100 single board computer (SBC) that costs almost the same as a Raspberry Pi 5 with the 4GB RAM model going for about $60 and the 8GB RAM variant around $80. The x86 SBC offers many of the same features as the Raspberry Pi 5 including dual micro HDMI output, four USB 3.2/2.0 ports, Ethernet and WiFi networking, and the 40-pin GPIO header handled through a Raspberry Pi RP2040 microcontroller.  Networking is better with 2.5GbE and WiFi 6, M.2 SSD support is built-in and four to eight times faster compared to PCIe HAT for the Pi 5, and the USB 3.2 ports are capable of 10 Gbps speed. ASRock Industrial recently launched the IMB-A8000, an industrial and embedded motherboard in a mini-ITX form factor. As an embedded motherboard, it is powered by AMD Ryzen Embedded 8000 series APU which features 8 cores and 16 threads, built with 4nm technology, and including a 16 TOPS AI accelerator. The motherboard supports up to 96GB of dual-channel DDR5-5600MHz memory and includes one 2.5GbE LAN port and one GbE LAN port.
