TECHBASE has been making modular industrial computers based on hobbyist boards for several years with products like ModBerry M300 IoT Gateway.
ModBerry M500 is another of their model, powered by a Raspberry Pi 3 board and launched in 2016. The company has now upgraded the industrial gateway to Raspberry Pi 3 B+ board, and added PoE support in the process.

What is your opinion on their Orange Pi and NanoPi versions?
I recomend not buying anything from this company. Our company bought several units from them and they never sent them to us and never answered emails again.
There are many ways to contact us (via email, phone, live chat, etc.). Please state your name & company details and I will personally make sure that the case is resolved. In other case this is just a false accusation and have nothing to do with our company.

We’re sorry to hear that. I spoke with Sales Dept. regarding this order. It wasn’t related to ModBerry product, but Moduino series, which we developed few months ago, and we informed about elongate delivery time, since the product was new. When the ordered sample was ready for shipment, you clearly refused to accept the product. Please, don’t use personal data of our sales managers in public, since it violates GDPR regulations.

Putting personal data with consent of our workers at our website doesn’t mean it became free for public use by 3rd parties.
I knew you would be unable to solve the problem, that’s the way Techbase works. We refuse the order after waiting 6 months for It. European laws allows a maximum of a month, so we have the right to ask for our money back. Your company didn’t return the money nor sent the order, your company committed a fraud and all the proofs are in spanish police hands.
I almost forget it, the delivery time anounced by TECHBASE was 2 weeks before we paid, after the paid was done, the delays started, and after 6 months we got tired of waiting, so we asked for a refund, immediatelly TECHBASE stopped answering emails. I understand TECHBASE is a small company, but that’s not customer care. Lucklily, we’re not using TECHBASE technology for our business.
