The MINI3288 CPU module include RK3288 processor, RAM and storage chips, the PMIC, as well as a Realtek Gigabit Ethernet transceiver.

“Boardcon” sounds so suspiciously similar to “Broadcom” that it makes it hard to dismiss this as a coincidence. LOL!
@Jean-Luc Aufranc (CNXSoft), is there any other addon module which would equip the board with Wi-Fi a/c?
@Jay
You can see the Ampak AP6212 module is soldered on board. So an AC module like AP6335 could be put in place if they have designed the PCB for multiple version for the Ampka module like other companies do. If they have then maybe if you order several hundreds they could replace the module for you, and manufacture those boards.
Alternatively, a USB dongle would also do.
