Regarding software support, the company recommends Vivado ML Enterprise Edition from Xilinx. There’s a free version available for download, and an option to buy a license for the full Enterprise version. Details about all the Vivado ML versions and information on licensing can be found on Xilinx website.

The company provides comprehensive documentation where you can find a variety of information including TE0950 Wiki with TRM, reference projects, and application notes, and on the downloads section, you can find all the hardware schematics (with different revs) along with TE0950 resources and reference designs for the FPGA.

The AMD Versal VE2302 Evaluation Board is available for purchase directly from the Trenz Electronic online shop with a price tag of €749.00 (approximately $810) not including taxes, and €891.31 (approximately $964) with taxes. At the time of writing, the board is not ready to be shipped but it is expected to be available on June 7, 2024.

You say there is a free version of vivado ML available to download but it does not support all of their products and it looks like it does not support any of the Versal SoC series.
