I thought it would be hard to beat the price of the Processor N100 ZX05 mini PC, but the Topton M4 fanless mini PC does just that for just $106.53 plus shipping.
The trick for that price is that the M4 is a barebone mini PC without any RAM, storage, or wireless module, but some may see it as an advantage preferring to purchase RAM, storage, and/or a WiFi module separately, or simply having the ability to replace or upgrade them when needed.

We are told the mini PC supports Windows 11, OPNsense, Ubuntu, and more. Most other Processor N100 computers only claim support for up to 16GB RAM, but the M4 has a 32GB/1TB configuration purchase option, so whether 32GB RAM is supported remains to be seen…
The TopTon M4 ships with a power adapter, a power cord, a SATA cable, and two antennas. Systems with RAM and storage (and WiFi) ship with Windows 11. This computer is quite unique as in this price range RAM and/or WiFi are often soldered to the board, but here the user has multiple RAM, storage, and wireless options.
If you’re not a fan of barebone mini PCs, a complete system with 4GB RAM, a 128GB NVMe SSD, and the wireless module goes for about $126, and the top configuration (32GB/1TB) goes for around $217. There’s also a variant for less than one hundred dollars based on the Intel Pentium J6426 or Celeron J6413 Elkhart Lake processor selling for $96.85 in barebone configuration.
