Dusun DSGK-061 – A RK3568-powered VNC Edge AI box for industrial automation and remote management

Dusun has recently launched the DSGK-061 Smart VNC Edge Computing AI Box or DSGK-061 Edge AI Box for short. This new Edge AI gateway is powered by a Rockchip RK3568 quad-core processor with a 1 TOPS NPU for edge computing. It has a built-in VNC (Virtual Network Computing) application for remote management and supports various interfaces and communication protocols such as HDMI, USB 3.0, TTL serial, LAN/WAN, and WiFi, making it suitable for applications like industrial automation, smart manufacturing, and more. RK3568-based MYC-LR3568 system-on-module comes with up to 8GB RAM, 32GB storage for cost-sensitive Edge AI applications

MYIR Tech has announced the release of the Rockchip RK3568-based MYC-LR3568 Edge AI system-on-module (SoM) offered in a compact 381-pin expansion LGA package design. It features up to 8GB LPDDR4 RAM, 32GB eMMC flash storage, a power management integrated circuit, and various connectivity options. The base configuration of the MYC-LR3568 system-on-module offers only 2GB RAM and 16GB storage but the module supports up to 8GB RAM and 32GB eMMC storage. It supports several video codecs, including 4K 60fps H.265/H.264/VP9 decoding and 1080P 60fps H.265/H.264 encoding, for high-quality video playback and recording. The MYC-LR3568 SoM works with Debian and Linux operating systems. AAEON RICO-3568 is a Pico-ITX Plus single board computer powered by a Rockchip RK3568 quad-core Cortex-A55 AI SoC, up to 8GB LPDDR4, 16GB eMMC flash, four display interfaces (HDMI, LVDS, eDP, MIPI DSI), gigabit Ethernet, and various expansion headers for industrial applications. Most have already heard about the Pico-ITX form factor, but it’s the first time I’ve ever come across a Pico-ITX Plus board. It looks like it’s an AAEON-specific “standard” right now, with the Pico-ITX Plus boards (100x80mm) being slightly wider than Pico-ITX SBCs (100x72mm). Rockchip RK3568-powered ASUS Tinker Board 3N is now available in three variants

The ASUS Tinker board 3 was first unveiled in April 2023 before being renamed as Tinker Board 3N later that year, and the three variants of the Rockchip RK3568 single board computer (SBC) are now available. The standard configuration is the Tinker Board 3N in the commercial temperature range, while the Tinker Board 3N Plus has the same features, except it can operate in the industrial temperature range (-40°C to 85°C). The Tinker Board 3N Lite is a cost-down version in the same form factor, but with a single gigabit Ethernet port without PoE support, no M.2 B-key socket for an NVMe SSD or 4G/5G cellular connectivity, no 16MB SPI flash, fewer serial interfaces, and no CAN Bus.
