We wrote a three-part review of the Mini IT11 Core i7-11390H mini PC last year testing the device with both Windows 11 Pro and Ubuntu 22.04. The build quality is excellent, and it worked well in Windows with the only real downside we found being the fan noise under load. The system also worked fairly well in Linux, and we were especially impressed by the 1 Gbps WiFi 6 speeds, but 8K YouTube video playback was choppy with many dropped frames (no problem with 4K YouTube videos however), and the read and write speeds for an NVMe SSD enclosure connected through the Thunderbolt USB-C port were quite lower than in Windows. Unless those couple of issues are a deal breaker to you, we’d have no problem recommending the Mini IT11 mini PC.

Seems pretty expensive for a quad core tiger lake CPU that was launched 3 years ago. Not sure on the benefit of pairing up 32GB RAM with such a weak CPU
You can get Ryzen 5800H boxes for the same money that have 8 cores, more than twice the CPU performance and better GPU
