Jetson SUB is a mini PC powered by NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX module and equipped with a 512GB 128GB SSD, a WiFi module, all housed in an aluminum case with a cooling fan. [Update Nov 1, 2021: Seeed Studio informed me the SSD would only have 128 GB capacity]
Preloaded with NVIDIA Jetpack, the mini PC is designed for higher-end edge AI and IoT workloads leveraging the 384 NVIDIA CUDA cores, 48 Tensor cores, the hexa-core Carmel 64-bit Arm processor, and the two NVIDIA Deep Learning Accelerators (NVDLA) engines from the Xavier NX SoC.

So actually it’s just the $399 NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX Developer Kit fitted with a 128GB NVMe SSD and housed in a case. If the design below looks similar, it’s because Seeed Studio reused the same Re_Computer case found in ODYSSEY-X86J4105 and ODYSSEY-X86J4125 Intel mini PCs.
The software will be exactly the same as for the devkit, and the main advantage of Jetson SUB is that it’s a turnkey solution with everything would make need in terms of hardware and software already installed and set up. Seeed Studio is taking pre-orders for $799 with shipping scheduled to start on November 5, 2021. Note the list of content includes an acrylic cover, an aluminum frame, Jetson Xavier NX module with heatsink and carrier board, and two external antennas. The power supply is not listed and may need to be purchased separately.
