Three years ago, we noted Comfile has made 7-inch and 10.2-inch touch panel PC’s powered by Raspberry Pi 3 Compute Module. The company has recently introduced a new model with a very similar design except for a larger 15-inch touchscreen display with 1024×768 resolution.
ComfilePi CPi-A150WR 15-inch industrial Raspberry Pi touch panel PC still features the CM3 module, and the same ports including Ethernet, USB ports, RS232, RS485, and I2C interfaces accessible via terminal blocks, and a 40-pin I/O header.

Comfile CPi-A150WR panel PC ships with an 8GB SD card preloaded with Raspbian, or Raspberry Pi OS, if they’ve updated their image. Just like its 7-inch (CPi-A070WR) and 10.2-inch (CPi-A102WR) predecessors, the system supports AdvancedHMI software based on the .NET framework and relying on Microsoft Visual Studio. It’s also possible to develop software for the panel PC using all sorts of programming languages including C, C++, Java, JavaFX, Javascript, Python, C#, Rust, D, and Nim. .Net Core 2.0 runtime is another option. Note the Panel PC only supports Linux, and Android and Windows 10 IoT operating systems for Raspberry Pi 3 board are not supported. More details can be found in the Wiki.
