Qualcomm has announced three new processor / mobile platforms for high and mid-tier mobile devices. Qualcomm Snapdragon 730, 730G and 665 Mobile Platforms are designed to improve experiences in artificial intelligence (AI), gaming, camera, as well as general performance.
Snapdragon 730 & 730G

The “G” in Snapdragon 730G stands for “Gaming” and 730G is said to be up to 15% faster for graphics rendering over the Snapdragon 730 thanks to an enhanced GPU, games have been optimized especially for the processor with the collaboration of game-makers, “janks” have been reduced by up to 90% in games running at 30fps thanks to the Jank Reducer feature, anti-cheating extensions have been implemented, and the Wi-Fi latency manager optimizes network settings and Wi-Fi configurations to provide smooth, fast online gameplay.

Why is “anti-cheating” an advertised feature? People who cheat don’t want that feature, and people who don’t cheat don’t care about that feature (except to the extent that it may impact performance). I understand why it might be nice from an overall community perspective, but not why you would bother to advertise it.
I wonder how Xiaomi is looking at these chipsets. I would jump to order a Mi Pad 5 with SD 730G, since I did not order Mi Pad 4 and I am expecting Mi Pad 5 to really be THE tablet for gaming at a decent price.
